Please read all terms and conditions prior to booking. By purchasing from Antipasto by the sea Ltd you are agreeing to our policy which is set out as follows:

Returns
Due to the fresh nature of our grazes, returns cannot be accepted. Should there be any incorrect or anything faulty please inform us immediately.

Cancellations
You will have 24 hours grace to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed. We will endeavour to change the date if this available.
For events that have been booked we can offer a date change – subject to availability – or a full refund if notified 2 months prior to the booked date. Within 2 months of the booked date any deposits paid would be non refundable.
Please note we will always try our best to accommodate where we can.

Food/Products
All our produce is sourced weekly and can be seasonal. With this in mind our grazes are subject to availability and substitutions. Some of our grazes have fixed menus however there may be changes season to season. We cannot guarantee every seasonal product such as edible flowers, figs etc but we will always use an alternative.

Dietary requirements
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requests at the time of booking. We cater for many dietary requirements. Unfortunately due to the high risk of cross contamination we cannot guarantee any of our grazes to be completely free of the following allergens:

Celery
Cereal contains gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Crustaceans
eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Molluscs
Mustard
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, macadamia nuts)
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Soybeans
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

We can not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our foods that we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Food handling
We recommend refrigerating your graze upon delivery and consuming the same day. It is the recipients responsibility to dispose of any food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with the UK food standards.

Social Media
Please do notify us if you do not wish any images to be used by ourselves. Unless we are advised we receive the right to use any images taken at the event across our social media platforms.

Delivery 
The recipient must be home to receive the order. If no one is home we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour. We can not be held responsible once the food has been handed over.
Due to the fresh nature of our grazes they can not be returned to HQ. We are not liable for any refunds due to failed deliveries.
